1. We will make every effort to ship your order within the estimated delivery time provided at the time of purchase. However, we do not guarantee delivery dates, and any delays will not entitle you to cancel your order or receive a refund.

2. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by you.

4. Tariffs and Regions:

• We are currently shipping across all emirates Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi City & Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain and a standard shipping rate of AED 30/- excluding vat. The delivery and time process will vary based on location and proximity of your destination. Usually we ship and deliver all orders within the timeframe of 2-4 working days.
• We also ship and supply to all states of GCC countries such as Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and other nearby sectors. These charges are fueled at the cost of shipping agency and has to be exclusively borne by the customer. These charges may vary as per custom or country of domicile rates and taxes. The delivery time frame for GCC countries varies between 3-7 working days. For such orders, always coordinate with our team and we will assure you accurate timeframe and rates applicable. There is no standard fee or fixed fee for export orders.
• We welcome orders from other countries too. Countries apart from the above two stated fall under International Shipping. These orders are also procured with delivery partners and the timeframe + cost is as applicable from them. The charges will be notified and has to be paid by the customer and shall be billed separately or otherwise.
